Mischa Barton Sentenced to Three Years Probation

Mischa Barton was sentenced to three years probation on Thursday, for her December DUI. The actress pleaded no contest to drunk driving, in a deal which will see her face no jail time.

Richie Sambora gets a DUI, Daughter was in Car

Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora was arrested for a DUI on Tuesday night at around 11pm in Laguna Beach, California. His daughter Ava, with ex-wife Heather Locklear, was in the car; along with his girlfriend and another unidentified minor. Sambora was released at around 4am Wednesday morning.

Mischa's DUI

Former The OC star Mischa Barton was arrested for driving under the influence on Thursday morning in West Hollywood. She was pulled over by police at 2:46am after being seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failing to signal a turn. Barton was then arrested for DUI and driving without a valid licence. Later that morning, Barton was released after posted $10,000 bail.
