Carmen Electra is headed for the alter, yet again. The actress is engaged to boyfriend Rob Patterson, her rep confirmed to People. A source also tells the mag that, "the ring is a black diamond set in white diamonds." Carmen has previously been married to Dennis Rodman and Dave Navarro.
