Mischa's DUI

Former The OC star Mischa Barton was arrested for driving under the influence on Thursday morning in West Hollywood. She was pulled over by police at 2:46am after being seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failing to signal a turn. Barton was then arrested for DUI and driving without a valid licence. Later that morning, Barton was released after posted $10,000 bail.
