17-month-old Ruby Maguire sure has Daddy wrapped around her little finger! The tiny tot took Daddy Tobey Maguire for a walk around the block in LA on Saturday, outside Fred Segal on Melrose. Mummy Jennifer Meyer was inside, lunching at Maruo's Cafe, before taking Ruby for a shopping spree with a pal.
