Belgium's Princess Mathilde Gives Birth

Belgian Crown Princess Mathilde, the wife of the Belgian heir Crown Prince Philippe, gave birth to the couple's fourth child - a girl - on Wednesday in Anderlecht, Belgium. The child, now fifth in line for the throne, was born at 4:50am and weighed 3210 grams. The Palace released a statement, saying that the Princess' names are Eléonore Fabiola Victoria Anne Marie. Eléonore joins big sister Princess Elisabeth (6), and big brothers Prince Gabriël (4 and a half) and Prince Emmanuel (2 and a half). Variants of the name Eléonore have graced four royal children in the past three years - Crown Prince Felipe of Spain's eldest is named Leonor, Prince Constantijn of the Netherlands' youngest is Leonore and his cousin Prince Floris' daughter has the middle name Eleonoor.
